My Journey...

I struggled with cycle related issues most of my life. I went in search of answers for my own challenges only to find a treasure trove of wisdom in East Asian medicine that changes the quality of life for anyone who embraces it.

I watched the women in my family struggle with issues around their menopausal transitions. I am asked so many questions by my own clients as they begin the perimenopausal journey - the time is now to share the wisdom we all should have to experience ease in this phase of life.
